0 stars if I could. I brought my car here last year for an A/C repair and recently started experiencing issues again. Since the previous repair was still under warranty, I brought it back to determine whether the problem was related to the warranted parts or workmanship. Instead of simply determining whether the issue fell under the warranty, I was told that because the problem may be something different, I would need to pay an entirely new diagnostic fee. As a customer, that makes very little sense. The whole reason I brought the vehicle back was to find out whether the issue was warranty-related. How can I know that without having it diagnosed first? Being charged another diagnostic fee just to determine whether a warranty applies feels unfair and frustrating. What should have been a straightforward warranty evaluation turned into another bill before any determination was made. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Just got a tune up on our 2016 Dodge ram excellent service no complaints excellent customer service... no hidden fees or any of that nonsense.... I will be using them again in the future.....

Short Version: Took my car to Christian Brothers today to have a side mirror replaced on my vehicle. The staff at the front desk was polite and professional, and the price was appropriate for the work. Techs did a thorough job and came up with some other things that needed to be fixed and I will likely return to Christian Brothers for those needs as well. Long Version: I got in a wreck a while back on the highway which punctured my tire and broke off my right-hand side mirror. I had my car towed to the Hibdon Tires Plus on I-240 to have a new tire put on. While the car was in their shop, I also paid for an alignment, and a basic tech inspection to see if there were any other needs. They aligned the car, changed the tire, mentioned that the brake pads would probably need to be replaced in 3 to 4 months. That's about it. When I took my car to Christian Brothers to have the mirror replaced they discovered that actually I had a bent strut on the front, right-hand side and a couple of other issues to do with suspension/steering that Hibdon somehow missed after doing a tech inspection, a tire change, AND an alignment. This is the repair shop my extended warranty is thru, I wasn’t sure but as soon as I walked thru their doors I felt assured I would be well taken care of and I was! They kept me up to date daily with what was going on. It was something with my transmission. As soon as they got the part the car was taken care of and all was great. Everyone I had spoken with was truly professional and kind. They treat you like family. I highly recommend them for any car service you may need 😊
